Calpe has been the unmissable event for professional teams during the winter for many years. It is in this exceptional setting that CPARTY offers you a week of training supervised by Théo Ouvrard, professional cyclist coach and currently with the Pinarello Q36.5 Pro cycling team, to help you better understand your practice and build the foundations of a successful season.

Staying at the Diamante Beach Hotel, a true cycling institution on the Costa Blanca, you can enjoy the most beautiful roads in Calpe every day, used by the best teams in the world. Between mythical climbs, coastal roads and valleys, each outing becomes a learning medium.

Throughout the week, the outings are punctuated by practical exercises: strength work, velocity, intensity management, endurance or pedaling optimization. In addition, several conferences will address the fundamentals of modern training : season planning, understanding of the different energy systems, analysis of power or heart rate data, recovery and nutrition.

The objective is not to make you suffer more, but to understand why you train in a certain way, how to interpret your sensations and data, and leave with simple and effective methods to reproduce throughout the year.
