Whatever your cycling level, experience a friendly and benevolent cycling holiday in privileged conditions under the Spanish sun of the Costa Blanca.

You will be staying in Albir, a seaside resort on the Costa Blanca, a winter paradise for cyclists with ideal temperatures and almost permanent sunshine, beautiful roads with little traffic offering flat or mountainous profiles, and optimal reception conditions.

Accompanied by former professional and Sports Director Denis Leproux, you will pedal on the wonderful Spanish roads very regularly used by the pros in preparation camp.

You will live a unique moment with Laetitia Bléger, Miss France 2004 and accomplished athlete, who will introduce you over 2 days to the Wim Hof method — an experience accessible to all, combining deep breathing, exposure to the cold and mental strength, to strengthen your body, boost your mind and optimize your recovery, whether you are a cyclist or not.

On the program:

6 days of cycling guided by 2 expert coaches (including Denis Leproux, former professional cyclist and Sports Director at the highest level) who will adapt to your level (2 groups), from the Cap de Sant Antoni to the Col de Rates, via Lake Guadalest and the Port des Tudons.
Daily collaborative briefings to prepare the next day’s outing and adapt to each one
Daily thematic workshops to learn and progress alongside experienced

A professional organization, designed for your comfort and progress, in a friendly and caring atmosphere.

You will be accommodated on a full-board basis at the Albir Garden Resort hotel, the usual training camp of the Belgian World Tour team Intermarché-Wanty. You will have access to its sports facilities such as its gym and recovery area with sauna, indoor pool and ice pools.
