[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]During this course, we will teach you how to train well, get to know yourself better, plan and prepare well for your season goals.<\/p>\n

This course is intended for cyclists wishing to progress, with regular practice, and with a fairly good level.<\/p>\n

After a first power test, you will continue with strength\/velocity work, a long ride with anaerobic climbs, sprint exercises and pace work on a long ride with elevation gain.<\/p>\n

You will be coached by Th\u00e9o Ouvrard, Performance Director and coach of a professional World Tour team, but also by Denis Leproux, former professional and Sports Director at the highest level, who will accompany you on the bike.<\/p>\n

You will stay in Rosas, a Spanish seaside resort that is a must for a cycling holiday in the best conditions. Only 30 minutes from the border, you will discover the superb Bay of Roses, but also the beautiful C\u00f4te Vermeille and the wild hinterland during a cycling course in ideal conditions<\/p>\n

You will be accommodated in Rosas with full board in the Spa Hotel **** Montecarlo where you will enjoy its great comfort, its prime location by the sea, its swimming pool, its SPA, but also its excellent catering.<\/p>\n
